This version seems to solve all previous problems I had with duplicate
alias names. Multiplexed function pins are declared with a pin-suffix to
make the distinction. For example the CCP1 pin of the 16F88 will be
declared as:
   var volatile bit pin_CCP1_RB3 is pin_B3
   var volatile bit pin_CCP1_RB0 is pin_B0
Depending on fuse_def CCP1MUX either the first or the second will be the
active CCP1 pin.

In the upcoming version of device files the ANSEL bits will be declared
in the format:
   var volatile bit JANSEL_ANSx at <reg> : <bit>
in which x can be a number 0 to 21 (or whatever the maximum is)

Note: I have chosen the prefix 'JANSEL' as pseudo register name. If
anyone has objections and/or a better suggestion....

And there will also be a
    const byte ADC_NTOTAL_CHANNEL = <number>
indicating the actual number of available ADC channels (could be 0).

All blink-an-LED samples compile without errors and I don't see any
reason not to release the new device files real soon now (tomorrow).

Regards, Rob.
