A while back I also mentioned that there also ineffeiciencies in pwm1_set_percent_dutycycle(byte in percent), http://groups.google.com/group/jallib/browse_thread/thread/f63524350ba4b018/cecb81f6d1f555a2?lnk=gst&q=pwm+libs# the percentage calculation should be ndendent of the pre-scaler setting , I think you can just evalute PR2 rather than _pr2_4 /_pr2_4 / _pr2_16, this will reduce the amount of alculations (DWORD multiplications and divisions are expensive)
