IMHO the most usefull shield is the prototype shield. And it would
even be better if it was:
- standard experiment pcb with unconnected holes.
- connectors to the jalduino board and connected to a pad next to the connector
Optional:
- power traces
- smd prototype area

All other might be usefull in some cases, but a waste of valueble
space in other cases...
