Please understand that I can't do nothing about this ! You should complain to MS Outlook, or whatever your favorite mail client, this is where the "big surprise" lies... AFAIK there were many other compiler releases between august and final december's. All versions have been deployed on buildbot and tested by (some of) us. Finally, what do you mean by "grap the TORELEASE" ?
