I order this yesterday. 320x 240 touch screen, with PCB and SD card
holder  near 3"

 33 Euro inc postage. This seems to be as cheap as you get with a PCB
adaptor.

You can get for about  25 Euro with no PCB, just tail, Less has no
controller and/or no touch
