Experiences with 16F18/19xx are very limited! It doesn't surprise me
that you got no reactions so far.
As far as number of ADC channels is concerned: have you checked the
Microchip site to see which PICs have 8 channels or more? Parametric
search could be of help!
For the Jallib ADC libraries: heve you read the tutorial about ADC at
http://www.justanotherlanguage.org/
It contains (almost) everything you need to know about using the ADC libs.
I don't know if anybody has used the ADC libraries with the 16f1827. It
could be it is not yet supported. Seb is currently working on it.
For which reason would you want the 16f1827? You might be better off by
choosing an 18F...
