Hi, Looking for some code to get me started on using a TSOP type IR receiver with a sony TV remote control. I've done this in the past on a PICAXE with a 38kHz IR receiver. They have a function in their basic language that does the work for me, so I never really had to figure out how it is done. The goal is to push a button on the TV remote, have the IR reciever detect it, decode it (?) with my microcontroller and have it return a value I can use elsewhere in my program.
