Log: updated glcd_common...
added lcd_write_char_block
generalized lcd_clear_screen
added glcd_draw_image
added glcd_box_fill
added optional user constant GLCD_USE_BLOCK_WRITE.
commented out lcd_set_cursor. does not look common to all glcds. see new
glcd_char_goto proc.
