New issue 165 by robhamerling: Wrong frequency in USB sample
http://code.google.com/p/jallib/issues/detail?id=165

Sample 18f4550_usb_serial.jal gives (sometimes) garbled data.

The problem is caused by a wrong fuse_dev CPUDIV setting. Somewhere between jalpack 0.6 and 0.7 the meaning of the keywords of this fuse_def has changed. Either the device files have to be corrected or the samples using pragma fuse_def CPUDIV have to be adapted.
