Since you present your problem in the Jallib mailing list, I assume you
are using Jallib libraries (otherwise use the Jallist mailing list).
I don't see any config bit pragma's?
I don't see enable_digital_io()
A problem with loading a hex file into a PIC has nothing to do with
JALV2. And when loading fails (even only partly, but especially of
config words) it is useless to draw any conclusions from the behaviour
of your target.
