Hi Matt!

_print_universal_dec is also gone...

Instead, there are procedures print_maxvar_dec and print_maxsvar_dec which
print a variable of byte*PRINT_MAX_VAR_SIZE

If PRINT_MAX_VAR_SIZE is smaller than four, dword procedures will be undefined.
If it is smaller than two, word procedures will be undefined. I think it is
even possible to use print.jal with PRINT_MAX_VAR_SIZE=0, but it probably does
not do any good. If you do not use decimal output, the corresponding procedures
are removed anyway.

Greets,
Kiste
