New issue 171 by robhamerling: ADC group change for several 18Fxxk22 PICs

The ADC_GROUP constant in the device files (up till Revision 2934) is based
on Microchip C Compiler (MCC18-lite) version 3.36. With MCC18 3.40 a new
group has been introduced: ADC_V14_1.
Several PICs of group ADC_V8 have been moved to the new group ADC_V14_1.
New device files will reflect these changes, but most likely ADC libraries
will have to be adapted to this change.
The involved PICs are:

18f43k22 18f44k22 18f45k22 18f46k22
and their LF variants
