Sorry for the confusion, adc_channels.jal is generated from template

adc_channels_generator.py which reads pinmap.py files, etc... So
metadata could taken from metadata files (json) to generate specific
things in adc_channels.jal

I tried to understand how the result (that adc_channels library) works, and in the case of adc_channels that is somewhat difficult (length!).

Having said this, I'm quite lost :) I can't remember having used
ADC_V... group, still I know there's something related... Can you give
an example about a guilty PIC configuration, more than "just" ADC_Vxyz
being wrong ? I'll be able to dig on a concrete example, possibly
refreshing my memory.

I don't have an example of what _is_ wrong, only of something that _could_be_ wrong. For example: I see that the 16f1527 has 30 ADC channels, but I cannot find anything in adc_channels that allows using pin_AN28 or pin_AN29. Is that an omission in the library or a misunderstanding of me?

Regards, Rob.
