New issue 191 by robhamerling: I2C slave mode possible malfunction

I2C slave mode may not work properly with some devices because the SSPMSK
is sharing its address with the SSPADD register. This applies to midrange
PICs: 16f690, 16f727 and 16f887 groups, and maybe also to some 18Fs.
Note: This error in the device files has been there probably since the
beginning and discovered when generating device files with MPLAB 8.89.
