Basically OK with me, but...
The directory structure is somewhat different from previous releases. You didn't say why and I don't think it's an improvement.
- Why add another layer in the compiler directory?
- Why would you include the chipdef directory of Kyle?
  It's incompatible with Jallib and may lead to confusion.
