? I've just pushed latest updates to features/JAL-845splitPaneMergeDevelop. This includes applet 'group/colour by tree', also the 'translate as cDNA' option now opens a SplitFrame view. The JalviewLite example with features will be broken - next job is to sort out sequence features on a new branch off develop.
