Hi Folks - following on from the discussion about dialog box design .. 
just a couple of useful URLs to look at about collecting stories on 
prototypes.

The original idea for 'interview style' evaluations of prototypes was 
formalised by Nielsen - who called them 'heuristic evaluations'

Bear in mind we're not really going to go as far as making 
questionnaires for people to take concerning each new UI component we 
create, but it's certainly useful to make notes on what tasks people are 
trying to acomplish and how the different UI prototypes we create in 
Jalview perform (particularly for papers and talks on jalview!).
