... this is now in progress. Metal look and feel seems to behave itself - so the challenge is to get it running on Ubuntu.

One drastic solution is to drop the chooser dialog, and go back to the drop-down menu (which is still implemented, but not used by default). Alternatively, someone with an Ubuntu VM with Jalview dev environment handy could try : - an alternate look and feel - to debug the db chooser layout Votes and volunteers ? -- ------------------------------------------------------------------- Dr JB Procter, Jalview Coordinator, The Barton Group Division of Computational Biology, School of Life Sciences University of Dundee, Dundee DD1 5EH, UK. +44 1382 388734 | www.jalview.org<http://www.jalview.org> | www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk<http://www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk> _______________________________________________ Jalview-dev mailing list [email protected] http://www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk/mailman/listinfo/jalview-dev The University of Dundee is a registered Scottish Charity, No: SC015096
