Just canvassing opinions on this.

A click in the Overview box immediately shifts its left edge to the mouse 
position (also in 2.10.1 so no change there).

To me it would be more intuitive if it behaved like a cursor bar, i.e. didn't 
move until you dragged it.

As it is, it is impossible, or at least difficult, to make small adjustments to 
the position using the box.


This is for a relatively small alignment, with a relatively wide overview box.

Very big (genomic) alignments have a skinny box, except when showing a hidden 
region (intron), so the problem doesn't arise.


I would leave "click outside the box moves the box" as it is.


Any thoughts?
