I experimented a bit more. With old versions of the applet (pre JSmol & pre JalviewJS Javascript callbacks) I could get an alignment window's menu to appear, but not much else. I didn't have any of the v.3 embedded applet pages to hand, I expect those will work to some extent, but not perfectly. Jim
