Hi Jalview I am a huge fan of the software. recently, though, I have been trying to update my Java and this seems to have caused some problems with Jalview - when i try to open a fasta multiple alignment from NCBI Blast, and opt in to Google analytics, I am advised that I cannot connect to dundee, :
URL's that could not be contacted: http://www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk/jabaws ....etc I know how to change them, could you please tell me what they need to be changed to : currently they are set to: http://srs.ebi.ac.uk/srsbin/cgi-bin/wgetz?-newId+(([uniprot-all:$SEQUENCE_ID$]))+-view+SwissEntry and attempting to add new i dont know what works.
