Hi Michael,
Do you mean the sequence fetcher?  This seems to be working OK for Uniprot and 
PFAM.

If you mean the The Feature lookup then there may be some problems because EBI 
are evolving the way they serve data.

Sorry I can't help much more at the moment.  Jim may have some comments, but he 
is travelling.
