This is pretty much what I had in mind, but you've helped to crystalise a few
of my ideas. I really like the idea of putting all of the SQL into a single
XML file. I certainly don't think that db-specific implementations of a
UsersRepository interface would be the way to go. (After all, there's the
MailRepository interface as well...)
