I just installed james and noticed that run.bat fails if it was set up in the usual Program Files directory because of the space in the name.
The line at the end of the run.bat file must be changed in two places to quote paths. Here is the result: %PHOENIX_JAVACMD% -Djava.ext.dirs="%PHOENIX_HOME%\lib" %PHOENIX_JVM_OPTS% -jar "%PHOENIX_HOME%\bin\phoenix-loader.jar" %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9 Sorry I do not know diff and cvs.
