There is? Where? I must be missing it. The table format in
sqlResources.xml, which is used by AvalonListservManager, is incompatible
with the one hardcoded in JDBCListserv.
It appears that JDBCListserv does everything on its own, whereas the other
Listserv mailets are based upon the Avalon Frameworks. I'm not finding a
corresponding JDBCListservManager type class.
