(null) ;-) I'd suggest that we keep the build scripts because all they do is set the environment (I don't know about you, but I keep my global environment spare!), and then call ant. That's it. The build scripts can simply require an ANT_HOME setting instead of bypassing it. If ANT_HOME is missing, we can echo instructions to acquire and install ANT.
