How does it differ from what we have? I guess we have a prerelease of
Phoenix 4? Seems like a good idea to migrate us to the official release,
although Steve seems to be saying that we need a version that includes some
patches he submitted this week, and which are already in your CVS.

Should I push Phoenix into James CVS. It has been out for a week and the
only reported issue is with MX4J which you guys are hardly using yet.
I am using Phoenix 4.0 in work, and it is fine.
