Noel everybody holds you in high esteem. Please contribute and send patches

I don't think the reasons you give are sufficient to -1 Noel.

Looking through the archives I spotted 7 patches in the last 3 weeks (listed below), I think that is very good going. You have disagreed about one (or two) but not the other five or six. Disagreeing about a patch does not seem to warrant a -1, either.
Yes we need more IMAP contributors - but that is surely in addition to contributors to SMTP/POP3 etc.

Please reconsider your vote. You can -0 if you still have reservations. (-0 is non-blocking)
