Will do.  I've already done the following:

i) Validated that the build still works - it does, although there are
now 200+ deprecated messages.  As a temporary measure, until we replace
compose() with service() (which is scheduled for rev++) I'd suggest that
the deprecated option be set to 'off' in the build.xml.

ii) Run the server on Windows and confirmed that it comes up, and
responds to basic SMTP and RemoteManager requests.

iii) Delivered a dist to Noel, who will be running a similar test on
Linux.

After (iii) is completed, I think we'll be in a position to upgrade.
Note that we are still running with the older version of Cornerstone, to
avoid any possible issues with ComponentManager.
