Serge,
Please test this as thoroughly as possible. :-) The request is surely
superfluous, but we are ready for release, pending this fix. In fact, would
you please post the test notes, so that we can get more sets of eyes to see
if there were any cases that also need to be tested.
I haven't used file repositories at all, so the change won't impact me, but
I tend to be risk aversive when about to make a release.
