I don't have karma yet to update jakarta-site2, so there a few things that need to change...
- need to link to the new release on the binindex.xml and srcindex.xml (we're actually setup for mirroring, so you'll have to check how that's done).
- need to put an href on index.xml as an announcement
- need to write a little news blurb on the news page about the 2.1 release.
