Closing this report.  Reasons:

 - The symptoms of the CRLF issue should be fixed in CVS for v2 and HEAD.
 - The cause of the CRLF issue appears to be FetchPOP, which is deprecated.  
If not, we should track the cause of the problem further.

 - Based upon the use case e-mailed to me privately, the headers issue may 
caused by the client using separate From and Reply-To addresses.  If not, 
please open a separate report; one report per defect, please.

 - Using Phoenix with JBuilder isn't a bug report for James.  With respect to 
JBuilder, there should be some information in the mailing list archives from 
users who are working with JBuilder.

We value your reports, and continued participation.  The CRLF issue has 
resulted in more resilient code.
