Random thought...

As shown below, this would allow a subject line to be entered
Subject: message to the list [seemunky]

Is this a flaw?  It's not really a prefix anymore...  it should perhaps be 
placed immediately after the Re/FW indicators, before the actual subject - 
if we're talking cosmetic.

Another thought, should it remove the existing prefix in this case?  What 
if the prefix appears multiple times?
