Pass a james.conf.xml file - newbie

Hi,

DURING INITIAL SET-UP:
   For some reason no matter what I write in the conf file, my login comes
as login failed for user "root".

Can someone pass me an example james.conf.xml that you make after avalon
starts the initial step.
