I'll bet you aren't changing the password in the write place. There is a
large comment block at the beginning of the file which looks just like the
file itself. Further down in the file, is where you have to change the
password for real. Look for the phrase "Fill Me", This is where you need to
change the password. This gets a lot people the first time. Including me.
