Depends how comfortable you are testing and tweaking an installation.  The
nightly builds are just whatever is in CVS that night, which isn't changing
significantly at this point.  If you want something that will work and be
relatively straight forward, use 1.2.1.  If you feel up to having to figure
a lot more out, you can try the nightly build/CVS version.
