Users aren't in the JAMES.conf.xml. That only defines admin users, which
you can't change via telnet anyway. Users either go into a special file
system structure controlled via the telnet interface, or you can use a
database to store them. Check the mailing list archives to see how to set
this up.

Subject: Adding User via JAMES.conf.xml File
Hi all-
Can I add a user via the JAMES.conf.xml file without using Telnet?
If so, does anyone have an example snippet from James.conf.xml that will
illustrate this?
System:
-------
M$ Windose 2k :(
James 1.2.1
Using the local file system (not db) for the store.
Services: SMTP & POP
Thanks in advance!
-Jeff
