Heh, I hope you notice how your request to support 8BITMIME is in conflict
with the Oracle text message_body. :)

HELP was implemented at one point (that should be fixed).  Most of the old
821 commands (SEND, SOML, SAML, TURN) aren't really used anymore.  EXPN
exposes email addresses so it's usually not implementing to avoid spam
harvesting.  VERB and ONEX I'm not familiar with.

The issue of prescanning (and blocking emails) before allowing reception is
also something we've been considering as more people are asking for it
(it's independent of ESMTP from what I know).  As with everything, no firm
date when this might be done.
