I doubt that he'll say no.  The code is under the LGPL, there is no
copyright or non-distribution associated with the database, plus this would
be good promotion for him, and he can gain subscribers to his database
update plan.

it'd be a nice feature to add.

If they aren't willing to let us bundle both, I don't think it's worth
including a matcher that required the library and/or database.
