I doubt that he'll say no. The code is under the LGPL, there is no
copyright or non-distribution associated with the database, plus this would
be good promotion for him, and he can gain subscribers to his database
update plan.

I've sent a request to the author/owner to bundle a copy of their free
client and database with James... assuming they say yes, it seems like
it'd be a nice feature to add.
If they aren't willing to let us bundle both, I don't think it's worth
including a matcher that required the library and/or database.
