I was thinking of just RemoteAddrInCountry and RemoteAddrNotInCountry. 
Like you've said, it's nice to check all the hops, but the Received 
headers are not very standard and you have no way of knowing their 
veracity.  Anyway, so the remote addr one is all I'm looking for.
