Caveats!
There are changes to the config file, so I recommend that you keep the new
config.xml, and copy over YOUR CHANGES. Also, the new location is SAR-INF/,
not conf/.
You want to install the entire distribution tree, not just the james
directory under apps/, because there are new Phoenix and other components.
