Thanks James,

I have read that document, however I don't really understand how to map
the configuration instructions to the more recent config.xml structure. 
I suppose that I could dive into the code to see what's happening - but
I thought that there might be an easier way :-).

As for helping out, I'm just a tad too busy right now, but thanks for
the offer...
