Hi,
Yes, I have 3 DNS servers in Config.xml,
<dnsserver>
<servers>
<server>160.124.208.2</server> <!-- DNS of service provider -->
<server>160.124.112.134</server> <!-- DNS of my machine -->
<server>160.124.112.10</server> <!-- Sec DNS of service
provider -->
</servers>
<authoritative>true</authoritative>
</dnsserver>
As mentioned before, the DNS records are as follows:
hakuna.up.ac.za MX 0 kendy.up.ac.za
When I try to ping hakuna.up.ac.za, the following occurs:
Pinging hakuna.up.ac.za [137.215.140.15] with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Ping statistics for 137.215.140.15:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),
Any idea why there is a connection error?
Here is a trace of the log information when trying to send an email to

Hi Paul,
I assume you mean sending email to non-local email accounts..
Have you configured your DNS servers in Config.xml ?
Have you checked the logs for error messages?
Sergei
