Neither RecipientIsLocal nor HostIsLocal recognized the user and domain.
All sent the message to RemoteDelivery. RemoteDelivery queued the message
to go to sebscape.com, and marked the message for delivery from the spool
manager.
It doesn't appear that your server is recognizing the sebscape.com domain as
local.
