I use Epsilon's visual-diff, but there is a free, online, color difference tool located at http://tachyon.perlmonk.org/scripts/color_coded_diff.htm. If you use that online tool, I recommend that you put the new James config file first, and your own config file second. That way any difference from the new James config will appear highlighted in red (cultural warning color), and your changes in green.
