Any such server would be an Open Relay, and most likely blocked. You must
use the SMTP server provided by your Internet service provider, or some
other contracted SMTP server. You could try using James on a
dial-up/DSL/cable connection, but it will also likely be blocked, as many
SMTP servers are also banning dynamic IP users.
