I'm sorry you're having problems. I recently had an issue with my daughter's installation. After talking her through some tests over the phone, it became clear that there was a corruption on her laptop. She sent me the device, and it is now fixed.

I've also found, 1) phones can be difficult (especially Apple) for users to reliably implement Jami on, 2) laptops running Linux work best.

Do remember to make sure your daughter backs up her Jami account at least twice before deleting it if you try a re-install.
