Hi, Aleksandr. Jami doesn't work like WhatsApp or similar apps. It's not linked to a cellphone number. Your account exists only in your device. And you must know other people's accounts to add them as contacts. Easiest way probably is scanning mutual QR codes. Hope this helps you. Kind regards!
