This seems fine, but the COPYING.LIB file doesn't appear in the CVS
snapshot. Putting COPYING.LIB in each of the library directories would
avoid this problem; but then, perhaps I'm the only one who cares :-)
To clarify what we mean by "libraries" I assume we're talking about all
of the source code under lib/*, except for zlib and libffi which have
their own licenses. In addition it looks as though the sources in arch/*
are also LGPL.
