Wow.. Where did you even get all those initArgs ?  Is there possibly some place where 
there is
more info on configuring this thing ?  I put what someone else recommended that has it
sucessfully running with a setup close to mine !  For example, where did you get the 
"jsp.jar"
Mine came with "gnujsp.jar".  Did you just recompile yours and call it that instead?
